SeniorHelpWebsite is a free service to help seniors. There's no cost of any sort.
This website was created, and is run by Sam K and Reece K, high school students in Scarsdale, NY and were responsible for VaccineHelper. We want to help seniors with whatever they need. We’ve seen our grandparents have problems with their phones and throughout their house and we realized that some people may not have someone to call to get the same help. Rather than guess what people need help with, we created a website so you can tell us what you need help with and we can try to help you with it. It may be that you have a problem with your phone, your tv, with a leaking sink or understanding why your ConEd bill is so high. We have the advantage of being young and good at technology, and we’re more than happy to do what we can to help you. So, just fill out the form below and we’ll do what we can for you.

So, is this really free?
Yes. There's no cost and you do not give any credit card information. This is part of a charitable project we decided to do. My parents paid for the website and we are doing the work for free.
Is this only available for senior?
No, It’s available for everyone, however we know that many seniors may struggle.
Are you making any money from this?
No. We are not making any money from this and will never make money from this site. In fact, it costs money and time to run, and that's all donated, but we’re glad to do it.
Are you going to share my information with anyone else?
No. We will keep your information private. We may share some questions on our website to provide other people with sample questions and answers but if we do that it will not include your private information.
How long will it take to get a response?
Our goal is to always respond within 24 hours.
Can I share this website with my friends and family?
Yes, it is always very much appreciated that you share this with other people so that we can help as many people as possible.
